For today’s gratitude post, I reflect with great fondness on my recent trip to the beach — it was long overdue! I was interviewing for a job in the area, and was also able to connect with a former college friend during my visit, too.
Here is the proof that I made it to Carmel last week:

I have been invited to return for another set of interviews this week, too, including an overnight visit. It looks like more beach time is on the way! 👍🏾
Also, seeing my old college friend (and his daughter) was a real treat. I had not seen him for nearly twenty years, but we caught up as if no time had passed at all. What a joy it is to catch up with an old friend — all within striking distance of the beach.
I am reminded that the Lord promises to supply all my needs — it’s simply a matter of waiting on His timing. God is faithful! ✝️
Oh, the BEACH! The OCEAN! ~big contented sigh~
Happy to hear you’re being blessed this way: friends and beach – wow.

We are back from two weeks away (family reunion at NC’s Outer Banks, The Creation Museum, The Ark Encounter, then more family). It’s good to be back; we’re catching up. 😊

Waiting on His timing, the Lord will supply all of our needs, but according to His riches.
God knows what we need, but we must remember it’s according to His riches.
